Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 10–20 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Blüm Balance.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@blumbalance.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
